"The item is great quality first and foremost. For reference, I’m 5’10 195lbs with a 35in waist. I typically run 20-30 miles a week and lift 3x/week. I guess I’m built like a linebacker in football. That said, I typically wear a Large in everything in the USA so that’s what I ordered. I found the fit was a little short length wise and the sleeves were long. I’d increase the length by a couple inches and decrease the sleeve length by 1-2 inches. Because of the fabric, I’m able to stretch it out to the desired length but the sleeves will have to do. I think overall it’s a great piece but just needs a little sizing tweak. Either that, or I just need to size up."
