No. Even though duties and tariffs on certain goods shipped into the US have changed, all of our prices already include these costs. When you see a product price on our website, that’s the final price you’ll pay (excluding shipping and sales tax if applicable).
Not at all. We take care of customs clearance for you. MAUVAIS works directly with FedEx’s customs brokers to ensure your order passes smoothly through US customs without delays or additional forms for you to complete.
No surprises here as we ship everything to the US ‘Delivered Duty Paid’ One of the biggest frustrations when shopping internationally can be unexpected duties or clearance fees. With MAUVAIS, you won’t be charged anything extra beyond what you paid at checkout. We work with FedEX’s customs broker to clear the items and pay all applicable duties and taxes directly to them.
If your order was shipped before the tariff changes but delivered after, don’t worry. Our systems are already in place. There’s nothing more for you to pay.
